The Gibberd Garden is closed to the public for the Winter Season (October – March 2020-21) Please check the Events page for special open days in the early Spring and the Visitor Information page for more details on plans for the 2021 season.
April 4th 2021 (Easter Sunday) is the planned opening date for the season that runs until September 2021. This will be reviewed and updated as government advice and regulations change in respect of the pandemic.
The usual opening times are Wednesdays and Sundays – 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. Last Entry 4:00 p.m.

Don’t forget the Online Shop is OPEN – we have various items for sale including notelets depicting the Garden, tea towels and gift vouchers of varying amounts. You can also make a donation to support the garden.

Work Continues through the winter months.
As always work continues at the Garden throughout the year thanks to Matthew, John and our volunteer gardeners who all do such marvellous work. Enjoy a couple of “Now” photos and one of hope of wonderful things to come.
The Gibberd Garden is a participating house member of Historic Houses, Heritage House, PO Box 21, Baldock, Herts SG7 5SH

Historic Houses members, with a current membership card, will have free access to the Garden during the advertised opening hours.
