March – April Opening Days – Observing the Covid-19 Restrictions

Our 2921 season opening day is the first Sunday in March, the 7th.  Visitors should note the Garden is open for exercise only and the limit on group size is two.  Meaning either two from a household or one person from one and another from a different household.  The café is open for take-aways only.  This means no sitting or lingering together  – keep walking/moving and socially distanced at 2 metres.

From Monday the 8th  to Sunday the 28th of March socialising is allowed with ONE person outside your household rather than having to EXERCISE and you can sit and have a coffee,  remaining socially distanced from other visitors.

From Monday the 29th of March to Sunday the 11th of April the Rule of 6 comes into force again.  This means that up to 6 people are allowed to socialise outdoors this means that you are allowed to sit down and socialise.  The 2-metre rule remains for everyone not in your group of 6.  These dates include Easter.

We look forward to welcoming you to the Garden through the year and making your visit as safe as possible.

Please visit the website again to follow updates as it is entirely possible the timeline could shift.
